Shortlist is built for the domains where resume-only matching breaks down hardest — engineering work where the title says less than the artifact. Here's the surface area today. We won't expand into a domain before we have an SME who can stand behind the verification.
Junior and entry-level pipelines are not yet supported — the verified path is built around evidence at scale, and that requires real work history to assess against. Adjacent domains (product, design) are on the roadmap when the SME bench supports them. We'd rather not run a domain than run it badly.
